Removing the second heading in a WikiPlus article

Question:

I would like to remove the second heading in  a WikiPlus article

Answer:

In order to remove the second instance of the header, you will want to make the following change to your “KWizCom_WikiPlus.css” file located in

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS\KWizCom_WikiPlus\css

At the bottom of the file where it says:

#mainContent + table tr > td:first-child > h1:first-child

You will want to add “visibility: hidden;” in the properties.

It would look something like this:

Save the file and refresh your SharePoint page. The change will take place.

Removing the top title:

Alternatively, adding the following lines to the end of the same file will remove the upper title:

#pageContentTitle
{
    display: none;
}

Save the file and refresh the page. The change will take place.

After doing that, perform an IISRESET and clear your browser cache. Then go back to the page and you will notice that the second header is now gone.
