When using the iMush Scanning Feature, the window freezes after I click on the OK button after selecting my scanning settings. The scanning process never actually starts.
This is likely because Java is preventing the site from accessing Java. To rectify this issue, in your control panel, go to your Java settings. From there, click on the Security Tab and then click on Edit Site List.
Add the URL of your site to the site list and save the settings. Then close down your browser completely (closing all of your windows) and reopening it to the page you want to scan your document to. It will work after that.
