Error "Could not load file or assembly" in Event Log

List Forms Extensions Feature

After uninstall of SharePoint List Forms Extensions I have messages in Event Viewer:

Event Log error: "Could not load file or assembly 'KWizCom.SharePoint.Features.SLFEFeature, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=30fb4ddbec95ff8f' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

Uninstall SharePoint List Form Extension. Try to go to a list which had SLFE settings and try to add or modify an item.
You supposed to see the error "Could not load file or assembly... " into Windows Event Log.

Some of KWizCom products add event handler to SharePoint lists. Unfortunately SharePoint do not provide any tool which allows to remove broken Event Handlers.
This error occurs because the list contains event handlers for SharePoint List Forms Extensions Feature that should be removed.

We suggest using the following tool KWizCom Utility Event Receiver Removal v1.0.0.13

Or we suggest using the following toolfrom Codeplex, however you can use any other tool you wish.  SharePoint manager allows you to view and delete event receivers for a list.
You can download it here: SharePoint Manager for SharePoint 2007

How utility works?

The utility removes the assembly name that you provide in theparameter. If it is empty it will remove all the event handlers.

One of the parameters is string for assembly name. You can putfull name or partial name; it should only remove event in which you specified.

"Enter Event Handler Assembly Name (You can enter full orpartial name. For example:

 'KWizCom.SharePoint.Features.SLFEFeature' or'SLFEFeature'):"
